Right off the bat, Adam was one of the only attorneys who said they wouldn’t charge me for a consultation. He was genuinely interested in the case itself and spent time helping me even though I wasn’t yet certain if I was even going to court. I saw a previous negative review about him, and think it should be noted that if you’re looking for a friend that will let you ramble about things that don’t matter in a court of law to make you feel heard, tell you everything is going to be okay and sell you false promises with a smile, Adam isn’t the lawyer for you. Although his short personality may not be for everyone, from what I experienced, he was very knowledgeable, analytical, diligent, and to the point. He answered every question I had, and was incredibly responsive to my calls and texts. He suggested solutions that allowed me to save money and not need to seek legal action even though it wasn’t in his best interest. I would do your consultation with Adam first and then compare it to a few others, just like I did, and you will see exactly what I mean.

Mr. Elfenbein has been representing me in domestic cases involving marital property and child custody/child support. Mr. Elfenbein has shared his expert knowledge to help me understand my rights, the applicable laws related to my cases, and how the courts view/rule on cases similar to mine. He has advised me on strategy and timing. I have come out of court each time successful, achieving exactly what I wanted. Mr. Elfenbein has been timely in filing oppositions and motions on my behalf. He has consistently been available to answer my calls and questions. Very attentive to communications from the court sent via email and mail. I am appreciative for having teamed up with Mr. Elfenbein and highly recommend him as legal counsel.
